Whitney Mercer

Whitney Mercer, age 37, formerly of Sebring left this world way too soon because of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was born May 7, 1985, to Charles “Chuck” Mercer and the late Kendal (Mercer) Dowling. In addition to her loving father, Whitney is survived by her precious daughter, Kharma Jade Flowers, her brother Steve Mercer, her beloved fur baby Luna, friends, and extended family. She was preceded in death by her mom; Kendal who greeted her and escorted her to her heavenly home. Whitney was friendly, outgoing, and enjoyed meeting new people and experiencing new things. Whitney also enjoyed going for car rides and doing arts and crafts. Her favorite pastime included enjoying walks on the beach and spending time with her daughter and other family. Prior to moving to Myrtle Beach Whitney attended Celebrate Recovery at Damascus Friends Church and had made many great friends there. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday May 28, 2023, at Almost Home Event Center, 230 S 12th Street Sebring from 1pm-4pm.Friends and family may sign the guest book at www.deansfuneralhome.com.
