Sebring: Walter R. Sams Jr. age 63 passed away September 15,2016 at Alliance Community Hospital following a short illness. He was born January 16,1953v in alliance, Ohio to Walter Sams Sr. and Gladys (Noling) Sams. Walter worked construction for Titus Miller Construction Company. He was a proud United States Navy Veteran. He loved his grandchildren, reading and the outdoors. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Carol. Daughter: Crystal Sears of Sebring. Sons: Walter (Emily) Sams III of Wisconsin, and Bill Lilly of Alliance. Sister: Marsha of Alliance. Brothers: Dexter (Michelle) Sams of Alliance, Tim (Marlisa) Sams of East Rochester, and Don and (Laura) Sams of Alliance. Two Grandchildren: Vincent Sears and Tallulah Sams.
