Vincent L. Noling, age 50 passed away March 26, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center.

Vincent was born September 21, 1967 in Alliance, Ohio to Gary and Judith (Smith) Noling.

He worked most of his life as a factory worker. He was an avid Pittsburg  Steelers Fan. He loved fishing, playing cards, and bowling, his most favorite time was having bon fires with his family.

He is survived by his mother; Judith (Smith) Mann and Step Father: EJ Mann of Alliance.

Daughters; Lori Eagan and Britteny Noling of Alliance, and Shawna  Noling of TN.

Sisters; Dana (Ronald) Riggs of Sebring, and Rebecca (John) Boardley of Alliance.

Brothers; Gary (Dawn) Noling  II of Wisconsin, and Tyrone Noling of Ohio. and Step Brother: John Howard Mann.

Three Grandchildren; Dalton Smith, Hudsyn Eagan, and Brandon Webber Jr., also several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at 11 am at Dean's Funeral Home.

Pastor Mark   Reich will officiate the service.

Friends and family may pay their respects on Tuesday April 3, 2018 at the funeral home.

Burial will be at Alliance City Cemetery
