North Benton:
Troy Corbett Butler Jr. "Red" went home to be with the Lord on August 23, 2021 after a brief battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 59 years young. Born July 18, 1962 to Troy Sr. and Carolyn Butler. He was raised in Swannanoa, NC but called North Benton, Oh. his home for the better part of his adult life. He is survived by his wife Kathy, children Patricia of Swannanoa, Tabitha (Bryan) of Sebring, Oh., and Dennis (Shannon) of Sebring, Oh. grandson Austin, Codey (Kayla), Aaron, Joshua and great granddaughter, Ava. To most he was known as "Red". He was a truck driver for Estes Express Lines of West Middlesex, Pa. It is with heavy hearts and abundant amounts of love we say bye for now to our Husband, Dad, Pa, "Red", and dear friend."Red" loved hunting, farming, mowing, traveling, and being a truck driver. He found great enjoyment in teaching others anything he could. To know "Red" was to have a best friend. He taught his grandson's the value of working hard and survival skills. To "Red" you were family the minute you met him. He never knew a stranger. Funeral will take place Saturday August 28, 2021 at 1pm with Chaplain Freddy Rodriquez officiating at Almost Home Event center , 230 S 12th Street Sebring.
