Timothy O'Neill

Timothy “Tim” Michael O'Neill, age 60, passed away at Aultman Alliance Community Hospital, December 28, 2020 after a courageous battle with Covid-19, with his loving family at his side. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife Diana O'Neill; daughter Amanda O'Neill (Tripp); step-daughters Monica Winans (Manny), Stacy Balfour (Jamie) step-son, Brandon Hawthorne (Malynda); sisters Sherry Bhada (Jamie), Tammy O’Neill Grimes (Matthew), Peggy Richards, and Donna Wells (John); brothers Jack O'Neill, Shawn 0'Neill (Robin); and step-grandchildren Kyle, Evan, Lincoln, Bailey, Emily, and Miles. He was preceded in death by his parents Doris (Tom) Pinkerton and Clem O’Neill. Tim was a 1979 graduate of Alliance High School and spent over 20 years working for the city of Alliance wastewater treatment plant. He also served in the National Guard. Tim loved riding his motorcycle, traveling, and exploring new places. He cherished time spent with family and friends. He spent many mornings at Dunkin’ Donuts chatting with his dear friends and employees. Tim had a contagious personality and was known as one to have “never met a stranger.” He will be remembered for his kind and giving heart. Services will be held at St. Joseph’s Church of Alliance. Calling hours are open to friends and family Saturday, January 2, 2021 from 9-11 a.m. with a mass following. Per his request, cremation will take place.
