Terry W Althiser

October 1, 1951 — March 10, 2025

Sebring

Terry W. Althiser, a dedicated soul who graced this world from October 1, 1951, until his departure on March 10, 2025, leaves behind a tapestry of memories woven into the fabric of those who knew and cherished him. Terry's journey was marked by his unwavering commitment to his career, having devoted 34 years of his life as a Sandmill Operator at American Steel. His work ethic stood as a testament to his character, a steadfastness that resonated with colleagues and friends alike.

Beyond the boundaries of employment, Terry was a profound history buff, particularly passionate about the stories woven into the annals of war history. His love for reading opened worlds for him—turning pages that transported him through time and space, revealing the intricate layers of human experience that he so relished. Terry found power in words, seeing history not merely as events but as a tapestry of life, lessons, and legacies.

His family ties are a reflection of the love and connection he fostered. Survived by his nephew Gary Althiser, and his other beloved nephews, Jerame (Amy) Althiser and Jess Althiser, Terry's spirit will live on through the laughter and stories shared in their gatherings. His sister-in-law, Jeannie Althiser, will carry forth memories that echo the warmth of kinship and the bonds forged in love.

Though he will be sorely missed, Terry is now reunited with those who had gone before him: his loving parents, Marvin and Lillian (Payne) Althiser, who nurtured his growth and kindled his curiosity about the world. He also joins his nephews Josh and Steven Althiser, finding eternal rest within the embrace of familial love.

The memorial services will allow those touched by Terry's life to gather and honor his legacy. A graveside service will be held on March 14, 2005, beginning at 10:00 AM in the peaceful setting of Columbiana County Memorial Park in East Liverpool, Ohio. Prior that, a visitation will offer a chance for reflection and remembrance on March 13, 2025, at Dean's Funeral Home in Sebring, Ohio, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Terry W. Althiser's life may have reached its earthly conclusion, but the ripples of his existence will echo through time, resonating within the hearts of those he touched—a life lived with passion, curiosity, and unconditional love.
