On December 23, 2023, a 2-year battle with End Stage Emphysema came to an end. Sharon D. Fluharty left her earthly vessel at 250pm in the loving arms of her family and friends.
Sharon was born in alliance Ohio, a Daughter of the late Marvin Jack Fluharty Sr. And E. Frances Spivey Blessing.
She is survived by a daughter Sarah Lynn Clark (Rasile)and spouse Spencer G. Clark. Son: Justin P. Rasile. Grandchildren: Tyler M. Rasile, Jacob M. Phillis, Tristan L. Clark, Cole Z. Clark. Brothers: Michael Johnston, Marvin Fluharty Jr, James Fluharty. Sister: Debra Day and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers Stephen Aiken, Douglas Fluharty, sisters Jackie Fluharty, Patricia Ziegler and her best friend John Holland Jr.
Sharon has a Bachelor Degree of Science from Elms College and Bachelor Degree of Arts from Walsh University. Her work history was diverse. A few mentions include Social Work, Residential Re-entry houses, Smith & Wesson, MAC Trailer, Security for Oil rigs and her favorite and most recent a Baker. She always enjoyed learning and new experiences to share with her community, family and friends. She enjoyed traveling, summer motorcycle rides with her best friend, crocheting, sewing, music, singing, diamond dots, watching Dr. Who, Loved the ocean and walking along the beach. She loved spending time and making memories with her children and grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held Saturday January 27, 2024, from 1-4 at Alliance Church of The Nazarene 1345 S Arch Avenue Alliance. Please come as you are and enjoy light refreshments as we celebrate Sharon's life.
