Sarah Ann Wank

Creative, artistic, and wonderful, died peacefully in Beloit, Ohio at Sheila's Haven. Sarah was 87 and struggled with Alzheimer's for the last years of her life.

She was a homemaker for most of her adult life, and then went on to be an activity director at both Valley Road and Copeland Oaks care centers.

 Sarah was born and raised in and around Salem, Ohio. Her parents were Gerald and Helena (Beery/Phillips) Renkenberger.

She has a brother, Paul Renkenberger (Joan) in California, and her brother, Jack (Naomi) is deceased.

 Sarah married Don Wank (deceased) in1956. Sarah has six children: Jeff Thompson (Colette) of Charlotte, NC; Becky McLaughlin (Tom) of Canton, Ohio; Sherree (Lonnie) Rummer, of Mosheim, Tennessee; Donna (Darren) Gammon of Waxhaw, NC; Cindy (Rod) Criss of Copley, Ohio; and Beth

(Paul) Goodnough of North Canton, Ohio. Hope Allen (Terrence) Harris of Florida is a heart-adoption daughter as well.

 There are lots of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will me greatly missed, but we know for a certainty that she is with Jesus.
