Rosita Asano

Rosita E Asano, age 76, passed away into the arms of the Lord, January 12, 2020 at Aultman Alliance Community Hospital in Alliance. She was born August 10, 1943 in Yona, Guam to the late Felix and Antonia (Blas) Eustaquio.  Rosita was a devoted military wife to the late Juan C. Asano Sr. who retired from the Air Force.  She was a loving mother, grandmother and, great-grandmother. She will be greatly missed by her two daughters; Pauline and Lee Asano. Her three sons; Juan C. Asano Jr., Michael Asano, and Paul Asano. One brother; Peter Paul Eustaquio. Her seven grandchildren; John P. Asano  (Marysol), Michelle Travers (James King), Katrina Asano, Courtney Asano, Richie Vickers, Jeffery Vickers, and Corey Vickers. Her eight great- grandchildren; Jayson Reed, Laylani Reed, Kalynna Asano, John Asano Jr. ,Alyssa Asano, Ethan Hernandez, Adrian Hernandez, and Michah Vickers. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by two sisters; Esther Eclavea and Clotilde Gould and 5 brothers; Carlos Eustaquio, Felix Eustaquio, Jaime Eustaquio, Joseph Eustaquio, and Agusto Eustaquio. Rosita attended Saint Francis Catholic School in Guam. She loved her family with all her heart. She was also a very talented piano player. A mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday at 11am at St. Joseph's Church of Alliance with Fr. Donald Feicht as celebrant. Friends and family may pay their respects from 10-11am at the church. Burial will take place at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Alliance. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate monetary donations to help with final expenses.
