Rodney Steen

Rodney C. Steen (Rod), 57, died unexpectedly Dec. 4, 2022 at his place of residence in Alliance, Ohio.
He was born Jan. 12, 1965 in Alliance, Ohio.  He was the son of Rodney E. Steen
and proceeding him in death was his mother Vida M. (McCormick) Steen.

Rod was a jack of all trades, he was a hard worker and did an exceptional job on whatever the task at hand would be.  Rod was passionate about working on cars and anything else related. He loved animals and they loved him.  Fishing was always his happy place. He had a generous heart and was always happy to lend a hand.  He loved hanging out with his family and friends and was greatly excited to meet his new grandsons.

He will be remembered for his laugh and for being a jokester. We will forever miss his laid-back personality and ability to live one day at a time.He will be greatly missed by us all.

Rodney is survived by his son, Joshua C. Steen (fiancée Charlene McGuire), grandchildren Oliver, Achilles, Luna and Bellona, sister Rebecca (Fred) Householder of East Rochester, OH, brother Clifford Steen of Minerva, OH, sister Jean Graham of Alliance, OH, and sister Lenora Williams of Virginia Beach, VA and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life service will be held in the spring at a future date.
