Richard L Anderson

Richard "Rick" Anderson, 66, died Wednesday October 23rd, 2024, at his home in Alliance with his family by his side.

Richard was born January 29th, 1958, in Alliance, Ohio to Freda Edwards and Robert Anderson Sr.

Rick graduated from Alliance High School in 1976. He worked at Alliance casting as a Flask Fitter/ Warehouse associate. He retired from Alliance Castings January 29th, 2017, after 38 years with the company. He also drove bus for Alliance City Schools from 2018 - 2022. Rick loved spending his time in the woods hunting and on the water fishing. Rick was a big family man and always willing to help anyone in need. He was a loving husband to his wife Donna for 46 years of marriage. Rick was also a proud father and grandfather.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Donna Anderson; Children, Eric Anderson, Kenny (Nicole)Anderson; Grandchildren, Carmen Anderson, Hayden Wyatt, Liam Wyatt; Siblings, Rob Anderson, Jerry (Joni)Anderson; Sister-in-Laws, Debbie Hodgekin, Chris Harton; Brother-in-Law, Brent (Tammy)Minger and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Freda Edwards, Robert "Bob" Anderson Sr; Brothers, Randy Anderson, John Anderson; Brother-in-Laws, Dave Minger, Rodney Hodgekin; Sister-in-Law, Sandi Herrington.

Visitation will be held at Deans Funeral Home on Monday, October 28th from 5pm - 7pm.
