Raymond (age 71) passed away peacefully Tuesday morning. He is survived by his wife: Phyllis Means,
His children: Melissa (Michael) Kennedy,  
CH (CPT) Aaron (Carrie) Means, John Langer, 
Grandchildren: Zachary Rogers, Solomon Kennedy, 
Aaron Michael, Karleigh, Landon, & Adalynn Means,
Wyatt,  Faylynn, & Mason Langer, 
Great-grandchild: Naomi,
Mother:Phyllis Trainer
Sisters: Brenda (Dexter) Messer, Nancy Davidson, 
Peggy ( Jeff) MacLean, Reba (Kevin) Bishop
Father-in-law: Rev.Franklin C. Plessinger,
Extended family including brothers and sisters-in-law
as well as many neices and nephews. 
He is preceeded in death by father: Raymond James (Kathleen) Means, stepfather: PeteTrainer,
Brother-in-law: Bill Davidson 
Mother-in-law Helena Plessinger,
Sister-in-law: Sally Hill, Brother-in-law: Bill Plessinger. 
     Ray was a graduate of Wellsville Highschool and a loyal employee of General Motors Lordstown from August 1970 - June 2019. He was married for 49 years (July 6). He participated in marathons and was an active member of Youngstown Road Runners Club.
    Ray enjoyed watching sports, gardening, hunting & fishing, watching wrestling and westerns on t.v., reading the Vindicator, and spending time with family. He also loved outings to the movies, playing pool, and visiting parks. Raymond will be greatly missed by all who knew him. 
    Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service to be held at 2:00 p.m. this Sunday October 22nd in the chapel at Copeland Oaks
800 S. 15th st., Sebring,  Ohio  (main bldg).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to any of the following charities in his honor:
