Alliance, Ohio

Polly E Clark, born on February 10, 1973, in Logan West Virginia, departed from this world peacefully on August 14, 2024, after a long courageous cancer battle. She was a soul cherished by many, leaving behind a legacy that will forever be etched in the hearts those who knew her.

Polly's life was a tapestry woven with threads of love, compassion, and strength. Her days were filled with the simple that brought light to those around her - she found solace playing cards, sewing, spending time with family, loved all animals, and enjoyed the beauty of flowers. These activities weren't just pastimes but reflections of her nurturing and caring nature. A proud mother to her son, Gabe Drake, Polly's love knew no bounds. She also shared deep bonds with her surviving family members - brothers Spencer G. Clark and Billy Clark, sisters Susan Clark, Alma, and David Caldwell, as well as her mother, Patricia Clark. In their sorrow, they find solace in the memories of a woman who adored them unconditionally. Polly's nieces, Ari Land and Leslie Hartzell, and nephews, Tristan Clark, Cole Clark, and Bently Acton, held a special place in her heart. She watched them grow with pride and showered them with affection, creating lasting impressions that will endure.

Among her proudest accomplishments was Polly's journey to sobriety, where she found strength in her AA family and celebrated three years of clarity and resilience. Her triumph over adversity serves as a beacon of hope for many who struggle with similar challenges. As we mourn the loss of Polly, we remember a woman who exuded warmth, kindness, and unwavering love. She touched the lives of those around her in the most profound ways, leaving behind a void that can never be filled. In her departure, we find comfort in the memories we shared and the love she bestowed upon us all. Polly E Clark's spirit will forever linger in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. May she rest in eternal peace. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate small donations to help defer her final expenses. Those can be made directly to the funeral home. A memorial service will be at a later date at the convivence of the family. Arrangements are entrusted to Dean's Funeral Home.
