Norma Burton, age 85 passed away suddenly December 16, 2021 at Aultman Alliance Community Hospital. She was born October 27, 1936 in Canton, Ohio to the late Ed Mattern and Mae Crowl. She is survived by daughters; Deborah (Joseph) Brodzenski, , Krista (Todd) Stuller, Rhonda Jackson, son; William Ray ("Twiggy")Bahler, sister-in law; Jane Mattern, brother-in-law; Kurt Hudgens, several grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and many great- great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends/ In addition to her parents she was preceded in death three spouses; Paul Burton, Armine Pauli, and William J. Bahler, daughter; Shelba Hudgens and several siblings.
Norma was employed at Sebring Pottery, D-Con, and retired from Ohio Security Systems and worked as a security guard for the Genie Company. She was the best mom, grandma, and loved her family unconditionally. She enjoyed baking and did very detailed work. She also loved to cook, fish and coon hunt. She will be deeply missed by all that the pleasure of knowing her. She is now reunited with all that have gone before her in the presence of our Lord.
Calling hours will take place Thursday December 23, 2021 from 11am -1pm at Dean's Funeral Home Sebring, Ohio. Burial will follow at Sunset Hills in Canton. Friends and family may share their online condolences at www.deansfuneralhome.com. Arrangements are entrusted to Dean's Funeral Home Sebring, Ohio.
