Mandy was a dedicated mother to her three children, Joseph, Michael, and Sarah, and embraced her role as a loving stepmother to Rachel and April. Her children were the focal point of her life, and she took immense pride in nurturing and supporting them. Mandy's deep love for family extended beyond her children, as she found joy and fulfillment in the time spent with her loved ones.

She attended Marlington Schools, where her cheerful disposition and caring nature endeared her to many. Throughout her life, Mandy displayed unwavering compassion, especially toward animals, reflecting her kind-hearted character.

Mandy's spirit shone brightest in her home, where she created a loving and nurturing environment. Mandy is also survived by her father, Jack Simon, who provided her with love and support throughout her life. Aunt Kathy as well as her children previously mentioned. She was also preceded in death by her mother, Brenda Young, whose memory will be forever held dear.

Her legacy will continue through her children, who will carry forward her values and the warmth she instilled in their lives.
