Lynn Brown

Sebring; Lynn R. Brown Sr. passed away on April 3, 2016 at his home surrounded by family and friends. He was born June 7, 1955 in Alliance, Ohio to Sheldon Brown Sr. and Sharon (Benton) Brown.. Lynn graduated from Sebring High School class of 1973.He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving in Germany working on the Pershing Missiles. He worked at Modern China, Barnes Provision, Alliance Wall, B&W Tube, Mc Dermott, Alliance Midwest, retiring from PTC Alliance. His hobbies included hunting, fishing, and cooking. He loved to share his cooking with friends and family especially his soups. Lynn was an avid wood worker giving away many of his creations. Lynn is survived by his wife Julie (Norris) Brown of Sebring Brother Sheldon (Kathy) Brown of Sebring. Sister; Peggy (Charles) Lacher of Alliance Billie Jo Shreve of Alliance ,Cheryl Hainsey of Cushing, Ok. Children; Lynn Brown Jr. of Raleigh, N.C., Cody (Chalice) Brown of Alliance, Amanda Schmucker Of Canton, Chad Brown of Sheffield Lake, Ohio. Six Grandchildren and one great grandchild. Lynn celebrated 7 mo, sobriety this month, of which he was very proud. Services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at Dean's Funeral Home with Pastor Quint Bryan officiating.
