Leo Victor McKay passed away suddenly Friday February 12, 2021 at Cleveland Clinic Akron General Medical Center in Akron. He was born March 31, 1949 to the late Victor McKay and Nellie (Smith) McKay. He is survived by his loving wife; Eva (Brooks) McKay, daughters; Elizabeth Robin Oney (Scott), Shelly Mayes (Dave), Christine McKay, sons; Victor McKay (Lisa), Dave McKay, (Jennifer), Aaron McKay (Kylene) , Justin Hendershot (Cindy), Clyde Hendershot (Stephanie), Andrew (Tanya) Hendershot, Aundrey Hendershot (Serena), Austin Hendershot, and Evan Lancaster. Siblings; Mary Hendershot (Ralph), Stella Brown, Gerald McKay (Karen), many nieces and nephews including his ; special niece; Karen Faye Quinn, and several grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister; Bernice Richardson. Leo enjoyed mowing the grass and was meticulous about the way it looked. He also enjoyed working in his garage. He was a baseball coach for many years. He most enjoyed spending time with his children and grand-children. Family was very important to Leo and he will be greatly missed by all that loved him. Per his request cremation will take place. A memorial service will take place Saturday February 20, 2021 at 4pm at the Alliance Believer's Church 735 Milner Street Alliance with Pastor Bill officiating.
