Joann I. Partin age 84, passed away Monday October 28, 2024, With her loving family by her side. She was born February 11, 1940, to the late Laverne T. Marshall, and Bernice 

(Lisk) Marshallin Chester, West Virginia.

She was proceeded in death by her husband Charles Partin of 41 years. Son in Law Richard Weekley. 

She will be deeply missed by her loving Children, Richard (Teresa) Barnhart, Natalie (Richard) Weekley, Melony (Craig) Bertolini, Tracy (Mark) English. Grandchildren, Cortney, Eddie, Brandon, Aaron, Brody, Kearsten, and Olivia, Alex, and Alyssa. 6 Great Grandchildren. 5 step children.

She had a fulfilling career as a Supervisor at First Merit bank, and a Beautician. Through the years she enjoyed fishing, and boating with her husband Charlie (tuna), and family. She enjoyed bowling, Playing cards, camping, knitting, cross stich, Cooking (She made the best Macaroni salad ever). She loved going to the beach, Hearing the sound of the ocean, feeling the sea breeze, Seashells, and palm trees. Her arms were always open when we needed a hug. Her heart understood when needed a friend. Her gentle eyes were stern when we needed a lesson. Her strength and love guided us. She Loved her family unconditionally. She had the most pure heart of any human being. She found no fault in anyone. She was the strongest women we knew. Joann also enjoyed spending time, and talking for hours with her dear friends Carol Hockenbury, and Erica Watson Kaurich

We have no doubt she is up there shining bright.
