Sebring; Jean E. Bailey, age 78 passed away Sunday at Crandall Medical Center following a long illness. She was born July 24, 1937 in Pittsburg, Pa. to Walter Rohm and Bertha (Green) Rohm Jean was a member of Sebring United Methodist Church and was a secretary at Little River Methodist Church. She previously worked at Little River Volunteer Fire Dept as a secretary, as a West Branch Librarian, also had worked for Dr. Kibler. She loved Nascar, football, Pittsburg Steelers, and Myrtle Beach. She is survived by sons: Wayne (Paula) Bailey, and Daniel (Debbie Walker) Bailey all of Sebring. Daughters; Cynthia (Steven) Carroll of Murfreesboro, Tenn., Lynn (Dan) Bradt of Sebring, and Leah (Wayne) Davenport of Defiance, O. Sisters; Ann Dougherty of Sebring ,Nancy Noga of Pa., and Joan (Tom) Moore of Florida. 18 grandchildren, and 12 great- grandchildren. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Wayne Bailey Sr., and sister Kathi Johns. A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday July 6, 2016 at 6pm at Dean's Funeral Home with Pastor Ray Harris officiating. Friends may pay their respects with the family present from 4 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Sebring Fire Dept. or Alliance Hospice.
