Ila was an all-family woman, dedicating her life to her loved ones. She was the proud spouse of Harry L. Partlow, and the nurturing mother of Tresa Mucklo and Rob Partlow. The joy of her life was amplified by her grandchildren, Nathan Barker and Kaden Mucklo, who brought immense happiness and pride to her years. She also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, and cousins, each of whom will remember her fondly.

A graduate of Sebring High School, Ila continued her career at Modern China, where she made lasting connections and contributions. Beyond her professional life, she had a multitude of passions that showcased her warm spirit and creativity. Ila was a gifted knitter and crocheter, spending countless hours creating beautiful pieces for her family and friends. Her love for her family extended into every stitch and pattern she crafted.

A devoted sports fan, Ila proudly supported both the Cleveland Indians and the Cleveland Browns, sharing her enthusiasm for the teams with those around her. Her vibrant personality and unwavering love for her family defined her life, making every moment together a cherished memory.

Ila was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Ila Grisez, and her son-in-law, Bill Mucklo, who together surely welcomed her with open arms. She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and the importance of family that will resonate throughout her family for generations to come. Those who knew Ila will miss her dearly; her warmth and spirit will always be remembered and celebrated. In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorial donations to be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Arrangements are entrusted to Dean's Funeral Home Sebring.
