Harry R. Carter Sr; age 79 passed away on August 15, 2018 at Salem Regional Hospital. He was surrounded by his loved ones. He was born July 24, 1939 in New Waterford, Ohio to Carlos and Mary (Harroff) Stamm. He retired from American Standard, where he was in the maintenance department. He will truly be missed by his loved ones.
Harry was preceded in death by the love of his life and soulmate, Carla (Miller) Carter. Carla passed away 28 day prior to Harry.
A private burial will be held at Highland Memorial Cemetery.
