He was born January 15, 1957 in Newcomerstown, Ohio to Lillian (Williams) and Leman Vandal who preceded him in death. Surviving him are his brother Richard (Tina) Vandal, Nephews Doug Vandal, and Steve (Amanda) Vandal. Services will be Wednesday January 25, 2017 at 11 A.M. at Alliance City Cemetery.
