Elizabeth was an active member at her church as it was an important part of her life. She was a member of the Silver Liners Group at St Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church and had attended there for close to 60 years.

Elizabeth had many hobbies and had a bigger than life personality.  She loved attending her grandchildren's sports and activities as they were her greatest joy. There was always a card game going with "the kids".  Her other hobbies included gardening, baking and cooking.  She loved to share whatever she created and was a master at baklava.  She also enjoyed traveling to Greece and California many times over the years to visit family and enjoy the ocean.

Preceding her in death were her parents; an infant son; and her brother Haralambos Sengos of Germany.

She is survived by the following loved ones who will cherish her memory and maintain her legacy. Three daughters, Persa (Scott) Gillespie of Valencia,CA; Georgia (Steve) Bench of Alliance and Constantine "Dina" Conrad-Covert. Son, Athanasios "Sause" Conrad of Alliance; her grandchildren, Paighton Covert, Alexandria Gillespie, Steven Meeks, Hayes Covert, Donavin Conrad, Lia Bench, Kerstin Covert, Heather Brown, and Steven Bench, Great grandchildren, and a sister, Georgia Tsongas of Athens, Greece.
