Edmond Russell Pittman age 64 of Alliance departed this life on December 25, 2022, at Roselawn Gardens. Russell aka "Hoonie" was born in Aliance, parents Memphis and Geraldine Pittman preceded him in death.

Russell loved fishing, reading, cooking, especially BBQing and chess.

He had various jobs including McLouth Steel and General Motors. he was a graduate of Columbus Community College. He was a member of the Temple of Faith Church of God in Christ.

He will be deeply missed by his brother; Carl Pittman, sister; Cecili (Eugene) Ross, like a daughter; Stanette Nunley, and a host of relatives and friends.
