It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Donovin Westley Tulley, age 32, on April 18th, 2023.

Hilliard Sr, brothers Dustin Robert Tulley (Sister-in-Law, Tori Tulley) and Brandin William Tulley (Sister-in-Law, Vera Tulley),sisters Destinii Moriah-Hope Tulley and Serenitii Malulani-Mildred Slade, his two youngest Brothers, Masen Thomas Hilliard and Tony Landen Hilliard Jr. In addition, he is survived by his 4 nephews and 5 nieces who he greatly cherished and adored.
Donovin resided in Canton, Ohio for the past four years and had previously resided in Navarre and Warren, Ohio, North Las Vegas and Las Vegas, Nevada, Twenty-Nine Palms, California, Okinawa, Japan, Kailua, Hawaii, and Oceanside, California.
Of all the places he called "home", he stated that Okinawa, Japan was his favorite. Donovin had light blonde hair that would radiate with the sun and bright blue eyes. He was featured in the pages of a children’s clothing catalog in Okinawa where he had done some modelling and also embraced the Taekwondo lessons that he took and loved. His favorite passions were cooking, eating, watching movies, and riding dirt bikes. He loved to share pictures on social media of the process and meals he would cook. One of his dreams was to open a restaurant or food truck. He had a passion for food and the cooking experience. He worked in many kitchens, including IHOP, where he met his Fiancé, Samantha Laney. And not soon after they had their son Brennin Tulley, who inherited his dad's beautiful blue eyes. He had a huge soft spot for animals and was a major family man. He has a massive family that will greatly miss him. He loved all his family members and friends with his whole heart, no holding back. He was one of the people you were lucky to have as a friend. He was a gentleman and always expressed kindness towards others. He loved complimenting people and putting a smile on someone's face. Donovin was such a goofball and made everyone laugh. He enjoyed talking on the phone and video chatting, he could call and talk for hours! He always looked out for his loved ones, he wanted to make sure they were okay, and he was ready to protect and defend anyone he cherished. He lived hard and had no fear, yet he had a vulnerability about him that is a rare find and his heart was an open book. He was a shoulder to cry on and always there if you needed an ear. Our lives will not be the same. We love and will always miss our dear Donovin. 11/12/1990-04/18/2023
