Donald Hoy

Donald Hoy, age 72 passed away Monday June 13, 2016 at his home following a long illness. He was born in Australia June 20, 1943 to Donald P. Hoy and Mable (Wilson) Hoy. Donald was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. His passions were reading, his grandchildren, the History Channel, and the Pittsburg Penguins and Pittsburg Pirates He is survived by his wife Mary of the home. Daughter; Laura (Louis) Soles of New York, Son; Kevin (Deanna) Dugan of Minerva. Sisters; Helen Garatey of Arizona, Diane Henson of Utah, and Shirley (Carl)Raymond of Texas. Ten grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. In-laws; James (Vickie )Dugan ,Michael Dugan, Frances Hamby, Patrick Dugan, Cathy Smith, Calvin Smith all of Alliance, and Joe Dugan of Georgia. Special friend; Bill Devine. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by brothers Kenneth and Clinton Hoy.
