Diane Bowen

December 22, 1947 — July 11, 2021

Diane K. Bowen, age 73, passed away on July 11, 2021 at Aultman Hospital, from an illness following an operation. She was born December 22, 1947 in Milwaukee, WI to the late Edward and Margaret (Kuester-Radaj) Glowacki. Diane loved her family, she especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren who were her pride and joy. She was a homemaker before her children were all in school and was very active in volunteering at their schools. She loved children and baby sitting. She worked many years as a waitress at Country Manor in Alliance. She had a strong interest in politics and enjoyed collecting antiques, canning, baking, knitting, crocheting, and sewing clothes for her family. She loved her cats and dogs. She is survived by her husband, Albert Bowen, whom she married in 1965. Daughters: Rebecca Bowen and Lori Wilkinson. Sons: Scott Bowen and Edward "Ted" Bowen. Brothers: Keith (Mavis) Bohlman, and David (Gail) Bohlman. Grandchildren: Krystina (Miguel) Diaz, Alicia (Paul) Mensah, Tyler Bowen, Christina Jarvis, Margaret "Maggie" (John) Vaughn, Rebekah Faithe Dickson, Roger Caleb Dickson, Seth Dickson. 16 great-grandchildren, sister-in-law: Charlotte "Sue" Bowen, several nieces, nephews, family and friends. A Memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Dean’s Funeral Home Sebring, Ohio.
