Dennis H Peate

Dennis H. Peate, a beloved member of his community and a dedicated family man, passed away on March 11, 2025, at age of 74. Born on July 19, 1950, in Alliance, Ohio, Dennis was the cherished son of Harold and LaVonda (Wolfe) Peate, who have preceded him in death. He grew up in a nurturing environment that instilled in him a sense of kindness and compassion that would last a lifetime.

Dennis faithfully served his community for 40 years at the Rodman Public Library. Dennis liked to read and was a true movie junkie. He enjoyed time at family gatherings, It was in these moments with loved ones, filled with laughter and storytelling, that Dennis truly thrived.

Dennis was a 1970 graduate of Alliance High School and a devoted member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, finding solace and fellowship within its walls.

Dennis is survived by his loving siblings: Shelley Speakman, Christopher (Sandra) Peate, and Roger (Gina) Peate. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who will carry forward his legacy of warmth, generosity, and love.

A family memorial service will be held to honor Dennis on March 18, 2025, at Dean's Funeral Home in Sebring, Ohio.
