Debra K. (Anderson) West, age 67, passed away on April 27, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio. Born July 16, 1956, at Alliance Community Hospital in Alliance, Ohio to Harold Vincent Anderson and Dorothy Louise Johnson, Both deceased. The eldest of 9 siblings; Debra was preceded in death by 2 half siblings; Cimberly Smith Begshaw and Andy Anderson. Debra had a passion for travel, especially to Puerto Rico; and enjoyed, reading, writing, fishing, gardening, drawing, and martial arts. She was also a dedicated employee of Sancap of Alliance for a few years. She leaves behind her longtime companion Luis Vega, children. Cheryl Anderson, Carisa Anderson, Latota Noel, and Marion G West II. Full siblings; Karen Monaco, Harold Christopher Anderson, Angela Anderson Harding. Half siblings Terry, Jeff Smith, Troy Smith, Tracy Costello, Randy Anderson, and Angel Anderosn. Along with her cherished grandchildren; Shanee' Anderson, Devaun Anderson, Darrell Marshall, R'Kel Black, Marvin Napier II, Trevon West, Julian West, Isabella Santee and 5 great grandchildren.
