David's professional journey began after Sebring McKinley High School. He became a skilled tool and die maker at Sekely's, where he built a reputation for his craftsmanship. His career also included a significant tenure at the Sebring Parks Department, contributing to the maintenance and beautification of the community he cherished deeply. A former councilman in Sebring, David took pride in serving his fellow citizens and actively participating in local governance.
He was well-known for his helping hand, always ready to lend support or a listening ear to those in need. David had a vibrant personality, celebrated for his sense of humor and storytelling ability, often leaving his friends and family in stitches with his jokes.
Beyond his professional life, David treasured his time spent in nature; he was an avid fisherman and hunter. He relished his trips to Myrtle Beach, particularly enjoying the pursuit of finding shark teeth along the shoreline. David also had a profound love for dogs, which brought him joy throughout his life.
