He was a proud member of the West Branch High School Class of 1979, Daniel's journey through life was marked by a commitment to service, having honorably served in the United States Air Force. His dedication to his country mirrored his dedication to family and friends, creating a legacy that will be fondly remembered.
Daniel was a man of many interests and passions. He found great joy in fishing, often taking friends and family on serene outings, where laughter and stories flowed as freely as the water. His membership in the American Legion in Sebring highlighted his camaraderie for fellow veterans, further illustrating his deep-rooted sense of community and connection.
At the heart of Daniel's life was his significant other, Debra Walker, with whom he shared countless moments of happiness. Their bond brought him immense joy, and together they created memories that will forever be etched in their hearts. Daniel also took great pride in his role as a father to his son, Scott Bailey, nurturing a relationship built on love, respect, and understanding.
Daniel is survived by his beloved family, including his sisters, Lynn (Dan) Bradt and Leah (Wayne) Davenport, and his brother, Wayne (Paula) Bailey. Together, they cherish the memories of a kind-hearted man who brought laughter and light into their lives.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wayne Bailey Sr. and Jean Rohm, who instilled in him the values of love, loyalty, and kindness that shaped the person he became and a sister, Cynthia Carrol.
Daniel A. Bailey leaves behind a legacy of love, service, and cherished memories. He will be remembered not just for his accomplishments, but for the generosity of his spirit and the warmth of his smile. Per his wishes no public services will be held.
