Clifford C Hickman

Clifford Charles Hickman, 1959-2024 

 Clifford Charles Hickman, age 65, of Alliance, Ohio passed away peacefully at Aultman Hospital in Canton on Sunday, Dec. 22. 

 “Chuck” was born at Alliance Community Hospital in 1959 to Clifford George Hickman and Margaret Hickman. Chuck attended West Branch High School and Alliance High School before joining the Army and working at Carnation City Glass and Dresser Manufacturing. 

 Chuck married his wife Stacy in July of 1982 at the Alliance Baptist Temple and were married 42 years. 

 Chuck and Stacy had three children. Son Clifford Lee Hickman was born in 1983, daughter Cassaundra Rae Hickman was born in 1985 and daughter Bethany Christine Hickman was born in 1990. 

 Chuck had three grandchildren from son-in-law Christian Luca and daughter Cassaundra. They are Eliana Luca born in 2012, Mihai Luca born in 2015 and Nicoleta Luca born in 2017. 

 Chuck had a lifelong love of labrador retrievers. He is survived by two lab mixes Axel and Gunnar. He was preceded in death by labradors Nigel, Connor and Hoss. 

 Chuck attended church at the Alliance Baptist Temple. He was a lifelong believer in Jesus Christ and attended service as often as he could. 

 Chuck was a family man that enjoyed spending time with his wife, kids and grandkids. He enjoyed putting together puzzles, gardening, fishing and watching television. 

 Chuck was preceded in death by his father Clifford George Hickman and his mother Margaret Hickman. He is survived by his wife Stacy Hickman, son Clifford Hickman, daughter-in-law Rebecca Hickman, daughter Cassaundra Luca, son-in-law Christian Luca, granddaughter Eliana Luca, grandson Mihai Luca, granddaughter Nicoleta Luca, daughter Bethany Osborne and son-in-law Steve Osborne. 

 A memorial service for Chuck will be held on Monday, Dec. 30 at 11 a.m. at the Alliance Baptist Temple in Alliance, Ohio.
