Charles Ward

Charles H. Ward age 51, passed away suddenly March 6, 2022, at Aultman Alliance Hospital. He was born March 2, 1971, to the late Harvey Charles Ward and the Loretta Louise (Efaw) Ward. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Linda Ward. He is survived by his broken-hearted best friend/ forever girlfriend; Debra Kidd, daughters: Jade ward, Victoria Kidd, Heather Mergenthaler, and Missy Kidd. Sons: Justin Charles Ward, Jonathan Augustine, and Billy Kidd III. Grandchildren; Johnny Bruce Jr., Anthony Smith, Scott Kidd, Sierra Kidd, Nathan Cunningham, Madison Kidd, Jospeh Smith, Katilyn Cunningham, Creola Lovell, Cameron Ciotti, and Jordan Augustine. Great Grandchildren; Leonna Berry, Summer Berry, Kalob Hannum II, and a large extended family and many friends. Charles enjoyed time outside; gardening, taking care of chickens, fishing, and bike riding. He liked to listen to rock and roll music on the radio. He had the gift to gab and talk to people. The most important part of his life was his grandkids who referred to him as Papaw and Grandpa. He enjoyed playing with them in the mud, wrestling on the ground and they have so many memories of him giving his time to be with him. The family would appreciate in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the funeral home to help defer the cost of his final arrangements. Services will take place Thursday at Dean's Funeral Home with visitation from 6-630pm, followed by a funeral at 630pm with Rev. Moser officiating.
