Charles R. Partin (Tuna) age 84 passed away Sunday December 6, 2020 with his loving family at his side. He was born November 19, 1936 to the late James Partin and Connie (Syme) Partin in Kayjay, Kentucky. He is survived by his Wife; Joann Partin of 41 years, Children; Colleen (Tom) Mathes, Cathy Partin, Carla (Bill) Bunch, Craig (Tammy) Partin, Rick (Theresa) Barnhart, Natalie (Richard) Weekley, Melony (Craig) Bertolini, Tracy (Mark) English, 12 Grandchildren, and several Great- Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a Son; Charles (Bub) Partin, Sisters; Evadine Bittner, Bernice McCann, and Brother; Willard Partin. Charlie was an avid golfer, he had won the Carnation Golf Tournament at one time in his golfing career. He played golf with his friends until the age of 83. Then he became ill. He was also an avid fisherman. Besides fishing, he enjoyed making fishing lures. He started a business with Bob Bowden named Charliebob Lures. (Tune Spoons) where the lures he created were shared all over the United States with customers, families, and friends. Charlie had a strong love for his children as they did for him. Charlie also enjoyed playing pool with his best friend Alsy Moss. We have no doubt he is shining down upon us as the brightest star in Heaven.
