Charles Francis

Charles Lloyd Francis, age 81, passed away Sunday August 22, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born July 22, 1940 to the late Virginia (Price) Francis and Stanley Francis. He is survived by his loving wife; Teresa Francis, they were married January 11, 2001. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son; Michael Francis, step-children; Tamara Gaul, Dawn Westover, Grandson; Donald Bennett, twelve step-grandchildren, and six step-great-grandchildren. Charles was a Nascar fan, specifically Jeff Gordon. He also was a Cleveland Browns fan. He retired from Timken Steel after 38 years of service. Some of his best times were spent with his best friend; Jim Meader. A graveside service will be held September 1, 2021 at Highland Memorial Park at 2pm with Pastor Dave Napier officiating.
