Charles Dugan

BELOIT; Charles W. Dugan age 85 passed away December 31, 2106 at Salem Regional Hospital following a long illness. He was born May 11, 1931in Sebring, Ohio to Harry Dugan and Mary Ava (Kelly) Dugan. He was retired from the U S Air Force, and had been employed by the US Government. Charles was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church, American Legion Post 2081, and the Farm Bureau of Miss. and Ohio for 25 years. He is survived by his daughter; Kelly Dugan Lanthrip. of Miss. Sons; Russell (Roni) Dugan of Beloit, Charles (Sherry) Dugan of Orlando, Fla., Jason (Sonya) Dugan of Miss. ,and Shawn Ryan Dugan of Bryan, Ohio. Grandchildren; Alicia Dugan, Joshua Dugan, Caleb Dugan, Michael Dugan, Tabetha(Rocky)Dugan-Starr, Ian Lanthrip, and Jessica Lanthrip. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers. A funeral service will be held Monday 11 a.m. at Dean's Funeral Home with Rev Charles Dugan Jr. officiating.
