Brenda Sue (Porter) Daley

Brenda Sue Daley (Porter), 63, passed away surrounded by her loved ones on March 8th, 2025.

Brenda was born on December 23rd, 1961, and grew up in Garretsville, Ohio She is proceeded in death by her parents, Cecil E. Porter and Grace M. Porter (Chapman). Sisters Linda Porter and Dorthey Ashworth. Brother Cecil Porter.

She is survived by her husband of 42 years Park David Daley, children Jackie (Jason) Stout, Nancy Daley, Daniel Daley, Michael Daley and Park Rose Daley. She had 7 grandchildren: Gavin, Levi, Joshua, Aaron, Grace Stout, Seth Farmer and Tanner Menough.

Brenda will be remembered for her loving and caring nature to her husband, children and grandchildren. She devoted her life to teaching others about Jesus and volunteering countless hours teaching Sunday school and helping with other projects. She was known for her passionate and kind spirited nature, especially to the people she cared about dearly.

She enjoyed reading and spending her time at her local library and impressed on her children and grandchildren how important it was to read. Her favorite book to read was the Bible and she especially enjoyed when her husband would read the Bible to her.

She loved the Lord and her personal relationship with Jesus Christ and is resting in the presence of her eternal Savior.

Even in her final moments, Brenda encouraged others to attend church and spend time with the Lord. A verse that she wrote on her heart was 1 Thessalonians 5:1 1 : "Therefore encourage one another, and build up one another, just as you also are doing."

Invitation-only private viewing will be held at 11 :00-11 :45am, at Dean's Funeral Home, Sebring, Ohio.

Graveside Services for all family and friends will be held at Grandview Cemetery, Salem, Ohio at 1230 pm on Thursday March 13th, Pastor Robert Rowley will officiate over the service. Arrangements are entrusted to Dean's Funeral Home, Sebring, Ohio.
