Betty L. Smarr, age 66 passed away June 22, 2023, at Canterbury Villa in Alliance. She is survived by her son Jimmy Nuzum, three sisters; Bonnie (George) Hughes, Jenene Andrews, Carol Hensley, three brothers; Rich Wheeler, Roy (Tracy) Wheeler, Robert (Diana) Nuzum, and several nieces and nephews. Betty was preceded in death by her mother; Shirley Miller, 2 stepdad's; Richard Wheeler Sr., Denzil Smith, grandparents; Brook and Betty Reed, and several aunts and uncles.
