Augustine Howell

ALLIANCE:

Augustine Howell,91 of Alliance Ohio went home to be with the lord on October 31st,2019. She was born in 1928 to the late John and Nora Boycan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Willie Howell, step son Eric Wilders, sisters Francis,Olive and Anna.Brothers William and Lawrence.

Augustine was one of the first African American bus drivers in Alliance. She brought joy to many lives with her feisty nature and truth-telling. She loved Ohio sports, and never missed a episode of Jeopardy.

She is survived by her brother, Raymond Boycan, sons William (Martha), John,Darrell, Douglas, Lonnie(Jenine), Mark and Mason. Two step children, Keith and Rosalyn Wilders, as well as a host of grand children, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday November 9,2019

Calling hours 10-11am

Service to begin 11am at Temple of Faith Church, with Bishop Meyers and Pastor Hill officiating.
