With heavy hearts ; the brokenhearted parents of Allison Elejane Carter, affectionately known as "Alligator," Cynthia Masters and Jeremie Carter compose the obituary for their beautiful daughter who departed her earthly body much too soon. They are comforted knowing that she was met by those loved ones waiting for her in heaven; her grandparents; Dorothy and Charles Masters. Alli leaves behind cherished memories forever in the hearts of her family and friends and a legacy of kindness. She was born on February 14, 2003, in Alliance. She brought light into the world with her radiant smile and boundless curiosity.
Allison had a heart as big as the ocean and she loved the water. Her love for the water was evident by her hobbies and interests. She enjoyed swimming and was planning an upcoming whitewater rafting adventure. Her giving nature brought immense joy to those around her. She was planning to attend cosmetology school to pursue her passion for beauty and creativity.
Among her proudest accomplishments was the special bond she shared with her 4-year-old nephew, Jackson Smith, who lovingly called her Aunt Alligator. This connection brought endless happiness to Allison's life.
Her passing at the tender age of 21 has left a void in the hearts of her family and friends. Allison is survived by her parents Cynthia Masters and Jerrime Carter, brother and best friend, Jacob Carter and brother Allan Michael Carter, along with grandparents Eleanor and Gary Carter, nephew Jackson, and fur baby "Lucy", Lucille Ball. She also leaves behind several aunts, uncles, extended family members, and friends who will deeply miss her presence.
A viewing and funeral service will be held to honor Allison's life at the Almost Home Event Center in Sebring on August 5, 2024. Visitation will take place from 5-7pm. A funeral service will follow with Pastor Ben Flanagan officiating. The event will serve as a time for all who knew Allison to come together in remembrance of a beautiful soul taken too soon.
In the tapestry of life that Allison wove with kindness, love, and joy, her memory will forever remain vibrant in the hearts of those she touched. She chose to be an organ donor. She is sharing the gift of life to others. May she rest in peace knowing she was loved beyond measure and will forever be a warrior. Arrangements are entrusted to Dean’s Funeral Home. The funeral home is accepting contributions to help defer the cost of her service and final arrangements.
