Alan Scott

Alan went home to be with the Lord on 6/6/2023. He passed away peacefully at his home with very dear friends Tina and George Brooks. Alan was loved dearly and will be missed.

He is preceded in death by his parents Edwin and Mary (Devies) Scott and his sister Diane (Scott) Bluhm. Survived by his son, Jason Scott of South Carolina and his daughter Sonya Scott of Canton 2 sisters Jackie (Scott) Richard Hoercher of Florida and Janine (Scott)and Jim Leo of Canton and a brother James (Jimmy) and Tina Scott of Louisville along with many nieces, nephews and many friends.

Alan was a drywaller by trade, he also worked for 5 Star power cleaning and painting.

He enjoyed Nascar Racing, fishing and the Cleveland Browns. anything Cleveland was of interest to him. He loved watching his westerns. He also enjoyed planting and maintaining his garden every year.

Alan grew up in Marlboro and was a 1972 graduate of Marlington High School.
