Justin Ward, a beloved son, brother, and friend, passed away too soon on January 5, 2026, in Alliance, Ohio, leaving behind a profound sadness for those who knew him. He was Born on November 17, 1993, in Alliance. Justin lived much of his life with a stubborn spirit that showcased his strong will and passion for life.
A man of many talents, Justin was more than mechanically inclined; he had a remarkable ability to fix things, turning the mundane into the extraordinary with just a few deft touches. He deeply enjoyed spending time outdoors, whether riding his bike through the woods, fishing, or hunting. His passions extended beyond the outdoors, fueling a vibrant love for loud music, tattoos, and shoes.
Those who loved him saw not just his strong-willed personality but also his love for family and friends. He leaves behind his son, Carter Bryan, his mother, Annette Augustein; stepmother, Debbie Kidd; and a close-knit array of siblings, including sisters Jade Ward, Victoria Kidd, Missy Kidd, and Heather Mergenther, brother Billy Kidd, alongside his stepbrother, Braxton Perkins.
The joy of his life was mirrored in the laughter and love of his many nieces and nephews: Jordan Augustein , Anthony, Cameron, Little John, Scotty, Kalob, Nathan, Lea Bruce, Kaitlynn Kidd, Madison Kidd, Leanna, Summer, Lakelynn, Connie, Cearra and Creola. His legacy will live on through them, as they remember him with fondness and numerous memories of their time together.
Justin is also survived by his grandparents, Loren and Debbie Housel, as well as aunts Skyller Adamson and Colleen Housel, all of whom will miss him dearly. He was preceded in death by his father, Chuck Ward; brother, Jonathan Augustein; and grandmothers Flo Augustein and Louise Ward, and grandfather Richard Augustein and Harvey Ward those who undoubtedly welcomed him with open arms.
Family and friends are invited to gather to celebrate Justin’s life on January 11, 2026, at Harvesting Hope in Your Community, located at 230 S 12th St, Sebring, OH. The viewing will take place from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM, followed by the funeral service from 4:00 PM until 5:00 PM.
Justin Ward will be remembered not only for his vibrant personality or his dedication to fixing things but for the love he shared with all who were fortunate enough to know him. His spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those he left behind. Please be respectful of all that knew and loved him as they are all grieving differently at this difficult time. Arrangements are entrusted to Dean's Funeral Home Sebring, Ohio. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this Celebration of Justin's life possible.
